HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Collaborate with HSM suppliers to obtain reporting data on hotel spend, ensuring all purchases are captured and accounted for.
• Invoice suppliers and customers for contractual services
• Maintain financial records of spending expenditures and administrative fees

How you will collaborate with others:

• HSM contracted suppliers, potential suppliers, and HSM hotel customers.
• HSM Corporate Finance and Reporting & Analytics Teams

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

• Report tracking of spending data from suppliers
• Invoice tracking
• Salesforce updates on suppliers and customers
• Cost Savings Tracker update

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of professional work experience in hospitality
• Proficiency in areas such as accounting, finance, or supply chain-related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (Creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets)
• Bi-lingual and fluent in Spanish and English (Written and verbal)
• Travel including to the United States 15% (Reasonable distance to an international airport)

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience with Salesforce and BirchStreet
• Experience building partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers and business leaders
• Comfortable with giving presentations and participating in events to represent the Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team
