Analyst, MarTech Operations UAT
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects found during testing, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate test results and status updates to project stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business users.
- Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to validate functionality.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive test plans, including defining test objectives, scope, and test cases.
- Engage end-users and stakeholders throughout the testing process to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure user acceptance of the final product.
What you will take ownership of:
- This position primarily focuses on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the Customer Loyalty team.
- Collaborating on projects related to Hilton Honors program applications.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience in a hotel, loyalty, customer service, or Technology related field.
- Detailed-oriented when performing testing activities.
- Professional hands-on experience with documentation (e.g. use case scenarios, test scripts, and bug reports).
- Hands-on experience with Excel: perform basic formulas and functions.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 2+ years of related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 4+ years of related experience.
- Understanding of Tally, GEM platforms, with a strong working knowledge of the Hilton Honors Program.
- Experience with API and Postman authentication setup, as well as automation of testing scripts.
- Experience working with agile methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- SQL knowledge
