HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Ensure hotels are reimbursed for hotel rewards, analyze reimbursement reports, critical metrics, and resolve hotel reward reimbursement issues.
- Analyze data and reports in support of Extraordinary Demand Dates, SRPs, Hotel Builds, Reward Reimbursement, Monthly Invoices, meaningful metrics, and Tally.
- Perform quality control to ensure all procedures are documented and incorporated in the appropriate systems (Reward Reimbursement Engine, OnQ Rate & Inventory, and Tally), various processes (Extraordinary Demand Dates and SRP Rules) and materials to improve the overall operation.
- Provide support in preparation for Extraordinary Demand Dates, Hotel Builds, Reward Reimbursement, Monthly Invoices, critical metrics, SRPs, Reimbursement Tiers, implementation of new and/or changes to Terms & Conditions, FAQs, The Source and Brand Standards
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with the leadership team and multiple cross-functional teams
- Attend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Build and maintain Terms & Conditions, FAQs, policy and process guidelines for multiple cross-functional teams, Corporate Training, Legal, and HRCC.
- Develop methods to monitor and reduce Program costs through efficient processes and reporting.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year of professional experience in an analytical role
- Basic Excel understanding (ex. can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and terminology (ex. calculate percentages)
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in the Analytical or Management fields
- Hospitality industry experience
