What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytics skills to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths or weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or problem resolutions
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions even among seemingly unrelated events
  • Work well with timelines and efficiently balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, to clearly and concisely express complex ideas and concepts both verbally and written
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and to provide recommendations for the optimal solution

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Understanding and knowledgeable in the application of commonly used financial concepts and terminology (calculate percentages)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in the Analytical and/or Management fields
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in an analytical role
  • Experience within the Hospitality Industry
