Analyst, Hilton Honors Loyalty Operations

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

How you will make an impact:

• Work with the leadership team, loyalty operations team, and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle timelines, demands, and prioritize responsibilities appropriately.
• Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions, even among seemingly unrelated events.
• Attend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work with the Hilton Honors leadership team, loyalty operations team, and multiple cross-functional teams to onboard new brand partnership agreements.
• Present updates and any challenges to leadership teams
• Attend weekly team meetings and several quarterly department meetings.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Assist in various projects, including internal communications and training needs.
• Working with various teams to ensure timely onboarding and all documentation is completed.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Experience with presentations
• Travel up to 1x per year (if applicable).

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management fields
• Hospitality industry experience
