  • Shown success working on multiple projects simultaneously

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience using online project management software, performance, and monitoring of a defined sequence of tasks, arranged as a workflow application
  • Proven track record of supporting the development and management of marketing programs and partnerships
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and analyzing marketing plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, planning, presentation skills, and proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Be a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who thrive on working in a fast-paced team environment

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Project management skills and a proven track record in leading and coordinating large scale initiatives
  • Experience supervising marketing and promotional activities, including schedules, scope, and marketing budgets
  • Work within a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross-functionally, and influence up and across the organization
  • Experience in brand identity work and developing templates/playbooks for regional and hotel use is a benefit (not required)
  • Marketing experience within the hospitality or similar industry
  • Experience working on a global brand and/or within a global
