What are we looking for?

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex departmental processes and demonstrate the appropriate levels of disclosure to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with Hilton’s distribution process
  • Critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify issues, resolve root causes, and differentiated solutions
  • Ability to work well with deadlines and optimally handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize appropriately
  • Strong problem solver and self-starter, with the intellectual curiosity and aim to identify challenges and to independently propose solutions
  • System and process orientation with the ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Hilton’s business processes and systems as they relate to Revenue Management, Distribution, and Sales across brands and geographies

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • One (1) year of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel functions (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • One (1) year experience working in hospitality, online distribution, or e-commerce environment
  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree
