Analyst Customer Insights

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in an analytical/quantitative role with demonstrated ability to mine, analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data sets
• Demonstrated Excel and SQL (or other analytical tools) skills
• Experience writing queries, reports, and presentations

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling using tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy
• Experience with customer feedback and sentiment tools such as Clarabridge, Qualtrics, or Medallia
• Experience conducting text analytics and using natural language processing techniques
• Experience analyzing customer feedback and sentiment, using structured and unstructured data
