Analyst – Category Intelligence Data

What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
• Self-starter, with the intellectual curiosity and drive to identify challenges and potential problems and to independently propose solutions
• Interpersonal communicator with the ability to positively influence Hilton’s partners and communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to draw conclusions from medium to large data sets
• Problem-solving skills to find creative solutions for hard problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Teamwork and active listening skills
• Flexibility and resilience to changing organizational requirements
• A candidate who is based in, or willing to relocate, to the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• One (1) year of relevant experience

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Information Management
• Three (3) years of relevant experience
