What are we looking for?

• Daily review of payment vouchers issued by Reception and Restaurant
• Send emails of observations of payment vouchers issued to Reception and Restaurant for correction.
• Send biweekly the issued Sales receipts to the Owners' accountant, sales record, Opera txt files and micros.
• Verify the sending of Credit Invoices to clients.
• Upload the invoices issued daily to the PMQA Credits portfolio.
• Verify daily the income movements in the bank accounts of soles and dollars to record the payments of credit invoices
• Record accounts receivable operations on a daily and monthly basis.
• File journals on a monthly basis.
• Monitor the Credit Portfolio, by sending emails and phone calls to clients to request invoice payments. Collection actions.
• Review daily posts on Hilton Honors Reimbursement Opera
• Hold monthly credit meetings announcing the status of the credit portfolio and payment commitments.
• Be aware of the day's emails.
• Review the validity of credit contracts and update them annually.
• Prepare a Journal Listing report for the month.
• Make the check list monthly.
• Perform the Black Line for the month that has just closed according to assigned accounts.

Additional Preferences:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance
