1.      Possess a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation: washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.

2.      Must have basic knowledge of the operation of all the laundry subdivisions.

3.      Clothes material understanding.

4.      Laundry machine operation.

5.      Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.
