- 会議・宴会に関する売上・利益の最大化に向けた営業活動の推進
- マネージャーのサポートおよび価格戦略・販売戦略の実行
- 会議・宴会オペレーションにおける高品質な業務プロセスの維持
- チームメンバーのスキル向上およびパフォーマンス最大化のサポート
- 効果的な営業戦略の策定・浸透および実行管理
チームメンバーのオンボーディング・育成計画の策定・実行（人事・関連部門と連携）
- 社内ポリシーおよびブランド基準に準拠した職場環境の維持
定期的なチームミーティングの実施および記録管理
Position Title
Conference & Events Sales Manager
Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving conference, events, and banquet sales to maximize revenue and profitability. The position also focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and actively contributing to team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profit growth through proactive sales activities for conferences and events
- Support the Manager in executing pricing strategies and sales plans
- Maintain high-quality standards in conference and event operations
Support the development and performance of team members
- Coordinate onboarding and development plans for new Team Member is in collaboration with HR and relevant departments
- Partner with the Training & Development team to deliver structured training programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Conduct regular team meetings and maintain proper documentation
