Human Resources Officer(人事担当)


【ポジション概要】

人事担当として、適切なポリシーおよび手続きに基づき、従業員が安心して働ける優れた職場環境の実現に貢献していただきます。
また、従業員対応や人材育成、労務管理など、人事領域全般に幅広く携わっていただきます。


【主な業務内容】

  • マネージャーに対する人事ポリシー・手続きのサポートおよびアドバイス

     

  • 懲戒、苦情対応、パフォーマンス課題などの従業員対応を機密性高く管理
  • 欠勤・休暇管理のモニタリングおよびガイドライン遵守の徹底
  • 人事システム・給与システムの管理および月次レポーティング
  • 採用・選考プロセスの管理および適切なビザ・就労資格確認の実施
  • 部門ごとのトレーニングニーズの把握とサポート
  • セキュリティ、防災、労働安全衛生に関する研修の実施・管理
  • 従業員向け社内イベントの企画・運営サポート
  • 地域団体や教育機関との連携によるホスピタリティ業界のPR活動
  • 福利厚生制度の周知・促進
  • 従業員およびマネジメントからの問い合わせ対応

 

Position Title

Human Resources Officer


Position Summary

As a Human Resources Officer, you will support and advise management on policies and procedures to ensure an excellent team member experience. You will play a key role in employee relations, talent development, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage succession planning in collaboration with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process
  • Handle employee relations matters confidentially, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues
  • Monitor attendance and leave in line with company guidelines
  • Maintain HR systems, payroll records, and monthly reporting
  • Ensure recruitment and selection processes are followed, including immigration and work eligibility checks
  • Support the identification of departmental training needs
  • Ensure completion of mandatory training such as security, fire safety, and health & safety
  • Assist in organizing team member engagement and social events
  • Work with local organizations and educational institutions to promote the hospitality industry
  • Promote employee benefits and support related initiatives
  • Respond to and resolve queries from team members and management

【歓迎条件】

  • 人事関連資格(CIPDまたは同等資格)または取得意欲のある方
  • ホスピタリティ業界での経験
  • 労働法および従業員対応に関する知識
  • 基本的なPCスキル

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service (internal and external)
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Flexible and adaptable to various work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification or working towards certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Proficiency in IT systems
